Our Single Cell Shades help keep homes more comfortable year round while helping to reduce overall energy bills. They are slightly less energy efficient than our regular Symphony Double Cell Shades. The R-value is 3.6 for single cell shades Light Filtering rather than 4.6 for double cell shades on a double-pane window. BlackOut Single cell is 4.3 r-value.

Constructed with a 1/2" single cell, foil-lined blackout material, Virtuoso Blackout provides an excellent blackout effect that is nearly 100% opaque. Its cellular fabric provides an insulating layer that keeps rooms comfortable year-round, while reducing energy costs.
The larger cell makes this ideal for larger windows.

The non-woven polyester fabric is dust-resistant with a washable surface that will not fade or fray. Like Symphony, our single cell shades can withstand gentle washing for
years of durable beauty, and its crisp construction will not sag and flatten.
A standard white tone faces the outside for a neutral exterior appearance.
 All Single cell shades come with our high performance Cordlock
The cord lock eliminates cord wear
and provides effortless operation, even for larger shades. An inward or outward motion locks the shade. The cord lock may be placed on the right or the left of the head rail. Cords are perfectly aligned for simple shade length adjustments. Shades are mounted with an innovative, discreet designed bracket which minimizes light leakage between the window casing and shade.
